A leading pack is forming.
In the 2nd round of the Masters, a small leading pack has been forming. Only 3 players are under par right now as the 2nd round is under way.
Tiger Woods is having his share of problems, he has only hit 5/14 fairways during the whole 2nd round, Woods stands at +3 after his first 2 rounds. Phil Michelson is at +6 but still on the course as I am writing this. Instead of a Woods-Michelson duel, we could see a lot of Vijay Singh before this tournament is over. Right now Singh is keeping himself in the race at even par after 2 rounds. Justin Rose who was under par the major part of the round, fell on the back nine finishing with 75 and even for his tournament..
The leading pack and the only three players under par right now after round 2 of the Masters:
Tim Clark -2 (71 - 71)
Brett Wetterich -2 (69 - 73)
Vaughn Taylor -1 (71 - 72)
Justin Rose Even (69 - 75)
Zach Johnson Even (71 - 73)
Vijay Singh Even (73 - 71)
The projected cut right now is evaluated at +8 after the 2nd round. All the players over that score will be eliminated.
