Boston is in town tonight.
The Montreal Canadiens begins their last regular season week at home against the Boston Bruins. The Habs have contributed into bumping Boston out of the playoff picture by defeating the Bruins twice in a row two weeks ago. Can Boston get even and inflict a painful loss to Montreal tonight?
At first look, the Habs should have no problem defeating Boston tonight. But the Bruins have an occasion tonight to destroy the edge Montreal have given themselves over the 9th place team. The Boston Bruins can only play the role of spoilers until the end of the season. Since the last two weeks, the Canadiens only loss is against the Ottawa Senators last friday. The good old fear of losing should activate and give energy to the players naturally tonight.
Then should Montreal take an early lead, it's Boston's intensity that could drop dramatically. The Habs have only good reasons to start off the game all fired up tonight at the Bell centre. Once again tonight the building will be sold out and loud.
