Cold shower on the Canucks.
The Vancouver Canucks were looking to tie the Western conference semifinal yesterday, but neglected a 2-0 3rd period lead to the Anaheim Ducks. Teemu Selanne scored the tying goal with just under 6 minutes to go.
Then Travis Moen scored at 2:07 of the first overtime period giving the Ducks a third win against Vancouver. This is Moen's second game-winning goal of the series. The Canucks really looked tired during the 3rd period and now the cliff they are facing is steep: they need nothing less than 3 wins in a row to stay alive. So the fresher team as of now looks to be Anaheim. Is it the end for the Canucks? The Ducks lead the series 3-1 and will host Game 5.
