The Leafs by a mile

Yesterday, the Toronto Maple Leafs have defeated the Montreal Canadiens 5-1. The Habs were simply outplayed by the red hot Toronto team, who scored 3 power play goals on 8 occasions.

Defensemens Brian McCabe and Thomas Kaberle both had a superb game, McCabe scored 2 goals and added 1 assist while Kaberle scored 1 and added 1 assist. Only Saku Koivu of Montreal managed to beat Jean-Sebastien Aubin.

Later today is round 2 of the Toronto-Montreal weekend as the Montreal Alouettes face the Toronto Argonauts.
