In the Western conference, the Detroit Red Wings have defeated the Calgary Flames 2-1 during the 2nd overtime period of game 6 in Calgary. Johan Franzen scored the series ending goal for Detroit. The Wings' 42-year old goaltender Dominik Hasek made a miraculous save with the back of his helmet late in the 1st overtime period to keep Detroit in it. He has to be the luckiest goaltender I have ever seen in my life... :)
